The personal data you provide are processed solely for purposes strictly related and necessary to the use of the site and the requested services, or for purposes functional to the conduct of research, analysis, and statistics, as well as the sending of informational material and updates on initiatives and programs of “Associazione Culturale Circassa in Italia – APS.”

TYPES OF DATA PROCESSED AND PURPOSE OF PROCESSING

Browsing Data
The IT systems and software procedures used to operate this website acquire, during their normal operation, some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols. This information is not collected to be associated with identified data subjects, but by its very nature could, through processing and association with data held by third parties, allow users to be identified. This category of data includes IP addresses or domain names of the computers used by users who connect to the site, the addresses in URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) notation of the requested resources, the time of the request, the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the response from the server (successful, error, etc.), and other parameters relating to the user’s operating system and IT environment. These data are used only to obtain anonymous statistical information on the use of the site and to check its correct functioning, and they are deleted immediately after processing. The data could be used to ascertain responsibility in case of hypothetical computer crimes against the site.

DATA PROVIDED BY THE USER

The optional, explicit, and voluntary sending of messages to the contact addresses of “Associazione Culturale Circassa in Italia – APS,” the private messages sent by users to the institutional profiles/pages on social media (where this possibility is provided), as well as the completion and submission of the forms on the websites of “Associazione Culturale Circassa in Italia – APS,” entail the acquisition of the sender’s contact data, necessary to respond, as well as all personal data included in the communications.
Specific information will be published on the pages of the websites of “Associazione Culturale Circassa in Italia – APS” set up for the provision of certain services.

COOKIES

No personal data of users is acquired by the site in this regard. No use is made of cookies for the transmission of personal information, nor are so-called persistent cookies of any kind used, i.e., systems for tracking users. The use of so-called session cookies (which are not stored persistently on the user’s computer and disappear when the browser is closed) is strictly limited to the transmission of session identifiers (consisting of random numbers generated by the server) necessary to enable safe and efficient browsing of the site. The session cookies used on this site avoid the use of other IT techniques potentially detrimental to the confidentiality of users’ browsing and do not allow the acquisition of personal identification data of the user. The use of permanent cookies is strictly limited to the acquisition of statistical data relating to access to the site. The portal uses a market product for detecting access to its site. It uses permanent cookies to collect statistical information on “unique visitors” (different people) to the site. These cookies, defined as “Unique Visitor Cookies,” contain an alphanumeric code that identifies the browsing computers, but no personal data is collected. Each page of the site also contains a portion of code aimed at collecting statistical data on the use of the site, again without any collection of personal data. The possible disabling of cookies on your workstation will not affect interaction with the site in any way.

OPTIONAL NATURE OF PROVIDING DATA

Apart from what is specified for browsing data, the user is free to provide personal data indicated in the registration forms for site services, information requests, and suggestions and reports to the site’s editorial staff or otherwise indicated in telephone contacts with the Central or Peripheral structures of “Associazione Culturale Circassa in Italia – APS.”
Failure to provide them may make it impossible to obtain what is requested.
For services provided by third parties, for which the site is only an exhibition space, “Associazione Culturale Circassa in Italia – APS” is neither the controller nor responsible for the data collected.

PLACE, METHODS, AND RECIPIENTS OF PROCESSING

Personal data are processed at the Controller’s or Processors’ premises using automated tools for the time strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which they were collected, in compliance with the confidentiality and security rules provided for by current legislation.
Specific technical and organizational security measures are adopted to protect information from alteration, destruction, loss, theft, or misuse or illegal use.
Processing related to the web services of this site is carried out only by technical personnel authorized and instructed in the processing or by the Processors designated by the Controller pursuant to Article 28 of the Regulation. No data deriving from the web service is disclosed. The personal data provided by users who submit requests for information and suggestions are used only to perform the service or provision requested and may be communicated to other personnel authorized to process it within “Associazione Culturale Circassa in Italia – APS” or to other public or private entities only if required by law or strictly necessary to provide the information you requested.

TRANSFER OF DATA TO THIRD COUNTRIES OR INTERNATIONAL ORGANIZATIONS

If data transfer outside the EU or to international organizations is planned, the Controller undertakes to clarify to the data subject:

  • Whether or not there is an adequacy decision by the EU Commission, or if the Commission has decided that the third country, a territory, or one or more specific sectors within the third country, or the international organization in question ensures an adequate level of protection. In this case, the transfer does not require specific authorizations;
  • In the absence of the above, the Controller must refer to appropriate or suitable safeguards and indicate the means to obtain a copy of such data or the place where they were made available.

DATA RETENTION PERIOD

To ensure fair and transparent processing, data are retained for a period of time not exceeding that necessary for the purposes for which they were collected or subsequently processed, in accordance with legal obligations.
